The Prezi Video desktop application is available for download on all Prezi price plans, including the basic and standard. However, the Pro or Premium plan affords many features such as unlimited record time, presenter notes, full HD-quality videos, integration with video conferencing apps, as well as offline recording and access.
This page provides a brief overview of these key features, which are available only by unlocking them with a paid subscription.
Presenter notes
Presenter notes can help you practice and prepare for Recording your video. Similar to the presenter view in Prezi Present, you are the only person who can see them.
Video Conferencing
Connect your Prezi Video desktop application to conferencing apps such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom and Webex. Depending on the video conferencing app, it may allow you to create videos directly from the app. As an example, you can download Prezi Video for Microsoft Teams directly from the app store. To find out if your conferencing app supports this capability, check out their support page or contact your IT administrator.
Offline Recording
Create videos offline and save them. Once you are able to connect to the Internet, sync the videos to your Prezi Video online dashboard.
