On the left sidebar, you can see the current order of your topics, which you can rearrange anytime you want.
To rearrange the order of your topics, click on a thumbnail and drag it up or down, just like you would reorder your slides on a PowerPoint.
This will not change the position of the topics on the canvas, only the order in which you present them. You will notice that every topic has a number that reflects its order.
For example, in the image below, the overview (1) is the first thing the audience will see. Then, they will see the “Agenda” topic, then the “News” topic, and so on. The numbers 4-9 indicate that the “News” topic has subtopics.
Since the placement of your topics on the Prezi does not affect their order when you present, make sure to place them logically on your Prezi so that you do not travel across the Prezi from one corner to another as you are presenting. We recommend that you place the topics depending on the path that you would like to follow and also in a way that complements your background image.
